Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana (about 120 g), peeled
  • 0.5 cup frozen mango (75 g)
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple (75 g)
  • 1 cup coconut water (240 ml)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (30 g), lightly packed
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and chopped (about 5 g)
  • ice cubes as needed for texture

Instructions
 

  • Pour coconut water into the blender first.
  • Add spinach (and kale if using).
  • Add banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and chopped ginger.
  • Top with ice cubes as desired.
  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust ginger or fruit to preference. Blend again if needed.
  • Pour into a smoothie tumbler and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, add extra mango or pineapple. Store blended smoothie in fridge up to 24 hours; shake well before drinking.
