Instructions
Pour one cup of cold water into a bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over it and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Add the hot water to the bloomed gelatin. Whisk until fully dissolved.
Stir in your chosen sugar-free drink mix or sweetener. Adjust flavor to taste.
If using, add a scoop of collagen or whey protein powder and whisk until smooth.
Pour into a container or mold and chill for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
Once set, cut into cubes or scoop and enjoy chilled.
Notes
