Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3-4 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  • Pour one cup of cold water into a bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over it and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

  • Stir in your chosen sugar-free drink mix or sweetener. Adjust flavor to taste.
  • If using, add a scoop of collagen or whey protein powder and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour into a container or mold and chill for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  • Once set, cut into cubes or scoop and enjoy chilled.

Notes

You can switch up the flavor by using different sugar-free drink mixes or adding extracts. For a vegan version, use agar-agar instead of gelatin. Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for longer storage.
