  • Spoon
  • Microplane or fine grater
  • Measuring spoons

  • Citrus juicer (optional)

Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated use ground ginger if needed
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional; or stevia/maple/agave
  • 1 cup warm water not boiling

Instructions
 

  • Choose a sturdy, heat-safe mug or glass.
  • Add apple cider vinegar to the mug, then squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon.
  • Stir in grated ginger until dispersed.
  • If using, mix in raw honey until dissolved.
  • Top with 1 cup warm (not boiling) water and stir to combine.
  • Sip slowly, ideally 20–30 minutes before a meal.

Notes

Dilute vinegar; sip with a straw and rinse after. Start with 1/2 tbsp if new. Use warm - not boiling - water. Not a GLP-1 substitute; consult a clinician if pregnant or on diabetes/BP meds.
